Subject: Development of a new training course

Human resource department offers a new training course called ‘The Image Making Course’ from next month. We have tried to change our image to be creative and comfortable since 2006. Last month, we took a poll to know what citizens think about Seoul metropolitan government image. In spite of our efforts, we confirmed that some of citizens had a bad impression for our government. Therefore, we developed a new training course in order to improve the image of the government. This course is designed that we can exactly check our image with objective method and has opportunities to improve our image.
All employees who are lower than 5th level must attend this course that enables them to learn a business manner as a public officer. In addition, they will learn how to describe their own personality and strengths. As a result, they will give a good image to citizens.
The points of this course are like follows.
The course name is ‘The Image Making Course’ and the training objects are all employees who are lower than 5th level. The training dates are from Nov.1, 2008 to Feb.20, 2009. All applications are submitted by Oct.25, 2008. Please pay attention to the dates and send an application through internal message.
Please:
1.inform all employees in your department
2.remind them to think about their strength and weakness before attending the training course
3.arrange their own work not to be interrupted due to this training course
